A new license file is required when upgrading to a different product version. Prior to downloading the selected full version product below, please contact your sale representative to obtain a license key that will be required to unlock your product for use. Only connectors with available 64-bit runtime libraries are supported in 64-bit versions.

System Requirements

Data Integrator server and worker systems should meet the following requirements:

  • 64-bit processor, x86-64, 2 GHz or faster
  • 4-core minimum, 8-core recommended (approximately 1.5 cores per active user)
  • 64-bit edition of one of the following:
    • Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP2, Windows 7, or Server 2008 R2
    • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 or 6
  • 10 GB free hard drive space in the installation location
  • 4 GB high-speed RAM minimum, 8 GB recommended, with a minimum of 3 GB free
  • Network speed 100 Mbps minimum, faster recommended

Browser Requirements

The client system from which you sign in to the Data Integrator server should meet the following requirements:

  • 64-bit processor, x86-64, 2 GHz or faster
  • 64-bit edition of one of the following:
    • Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP2, Windows 7, or Server 2008 R2
    • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 or 6
  • 32-bit edition of one of the following:
    • Internet Explorer 8
    • Firefox 3.6.13
  • Adobe Flash 9.0.124 or later. The first time you connect to the server, you are prompted to download and install Flash if needed
  • Network speed 100 Mbps minimum, faster recommended
